eAura LLC sends text messages only to registered eAura account holders who have opted in from inside their own eAura account. Two kinds of message are sent: conversational AI replies to messages the user sends first, and account notifications including one-time verification codes.
eAura does not send marketing or promotional text messages, does not text on behalf of any other business, and does not use purchased, rented or shared phone number lists.
